Freezes frequently
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not even a year the screen is showing blinking square. I bought this computer Nov 24, 2016. I thought if I reboot it it gonna be fine and it work initially. But right now it us so frequent that made my online examination so hard ang scary because its time sensitive. When that blinking box appears I cannot move the cursor. We called HP and the tech told me that the problem is lcd digitizer. For less than 1 year and seldom used it (because I have a lot of tablets) It’s already broken? I looked at the internet and there’s a lot of similar problem like mine with this Spectre 360 of HP! Never again with HP!

Computer began freezing after 5 months

HP install program is a mess.

The installation software by HP installs then uninstalls all updates and programs at the same time. I don't instagate the uninstalled at all, the HP program does. I've had it worked on by Geek Squad with no satisfaction.

Sleek laptop but overheats
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this laptop seriously suffers with overheating issue. 10 mins of simple browsing and you get your CPU heat jumped up to 70c. this is not acceptable for a product worth of 1400 bucks.
