I exchanged the Yoga 920 for this laptop. The Yoga had poor build quality and the screen wasn't that bright. My first Spectre had a yellow tint to the screen and it always ran hot fan was on all the time at idle. Upgraded the BIOS and all other updates still ran very hot and was uncomfortable placed on your lap. Second one the screen was slightly better but still ran super hot even with nothing running. The speakers crackle as well. The screen is also very grainy from what I've noticed. There's nothing else I want in the market right now. Just needed an ultra portable laptop to do some work while traveling. Might return the 2nd Spectre as well.

I had the HP 360x for 5-6 weeks I paid $1413.74 and notice the screen had a crack ..Took into Best Buy and They had it for a week and then sent it to HP who had it about 4 weeks .. The out come on this was send them $600.00 and they will fix it... Really I bought a product for $1413.74 and cannot use it ... neither Best Buy or HP will stand behind this product ...I know most would say just pay it...the point here was the Laptop was only 4 weeks old and I am a Adult .. not a child..I know how to take care of stuff ...I also can understand if it was a older Laptop .... but they have a policy 15 days DO NOT BUY

Straight out of the box the enter key, and spacebar where getting stuck on one side. The backspace key was a little loose and is extra loud. I hadn't even used the thing yet.

I have had this laptop for two years, already had to have the motherboard replaced once, right after warranty expired, to the tune of $700. This morning I'm working away and the laptop just died. Again. Does not respond in any way. The web is full of similar stories. Never again, HP.
