This laptop is fabulous - packed full of everything expected onboard from hp. Lightweight, comes with both a touch pen and a leather sleeve, the finish on our is a rose gold, and the graphics are amazing! Out of the box ready for just about anything you want to do. Easy internet & printer set up too. We felt it was a great birthday present for our student / artist.

This computer is awesome. It’s fast, looks good and is light weight. Only problem is the salesman sold me too much of a computer. I use it for Pinterest, FB, cricut and emails. My daughter said I could’ve purchased a much cheaper computer that still met my needs. That’s what I get for trusting the sales man and not taking someone with me who knows way more about it than I do.

I had the geek squad wipe the hard drive and reinstall Windows 10 without the bloatware as well as MS Office. I then installed my other software and transferred about 200 GB of files. It is very easy to navigate and quick. I’ve been using Compaq or HP equipment at home since 1987 and never considered anything else when I upgraded my work computer.

I love this HP Laptop. The reason why I only gave 4 stars is because it lacks extra HDMI ports and only has 1 USB port. I had to buy an extra USB Hub to hook up the extra monitor, external hard drive, HP Printer and my wireless mouse connector. I then paired my wireless keyboard with the mouse. I haven't use the pencil that came with it. And I'm not happy with the touch pad or keyboard on the laptop. The function keys are too tiny to read.

This is my first touchscreen laptop and I really like it.

As a beginner whose never had a laptop I'm still having trouble figuring out the most simple of things like where is history, favorites, copy & paste & scrolling for starters. I tried to figure out how to make the scrolling that was working then stopped to come back. I was so distraught that I almost took it back to Best Buy. Then all of a sudden one morning I started using the laptop and scrolling was working again. Hummmmm……..
