It sounds like the Bird’s Eye View feature didn’t meet your expectations. We wanted to share with you some of the key highlights of this feature. Bird's Eye View is a Ring camera feature that visually displays the path a detected visitor takes on an aerial map of your property using color-coded motion dots. This allows you to see their current location and their route, even if they move out of the camera's direct view. You can pinpoint motion more accurately with Bird’s Eye Zones, which help deliver precise, real-time alerts in the Ring app.
Ring Community was launched to help deliver the most current news and educational information to our neighbors. This online forum is divided into four categories: Product Boards, Ring Updates, Tips and Tricks, and a Moderators’ Corner. The Product Boards are where you can begin new topics with your questions or feedback; there is also a search option that helps you find topics that have already been posted by other neighbors. Awaiting for installment

The battery does last for a good while but I did invest in an extra battery since it can hold two.
