Got this phone for $30. Best value for a smart phone...

I'm unable to answer calls, find voicemail, days ago the pho locked-up. Moto CSR "helped" for 36 mins., she sent an email, told me to read it. said if that doesn't help call them back. horrible customer service, atrocious (beyond the worst) phones. I'm retired, unable to afford a Samsung or iPhone. I've had cell phones for 16 years, ths moto g is a complete joke.

The phone is beautiful. It's a good size, and it had reasonable processing speed. We returned the phone because the Google Play app "stopped unexpectedly" every time my daughter tried to search for an app. We looked for a fix online, discovered the problem is common, and tried a few of the suggested fixes to no avail. For my kids, we prefer ZTE phones. They are a newer phone to the U.S., but they have been consistently reliable for my family. Even my husband and I used them for a couple of years and were perfectly satisfied.

We bought this item to use it like an iPod. Works great. No need to activate the phone and pay for cellular. We took it on a trip overseas and used it to listen to audio books and surf the web.

I bought this phone for someone else in another state. They were able to pick it up a Best Buy close to them and the whole transaction was great. She loved the phone too.

Nice phone, got it activated for ringplus. Very good Corning Gorilla glass touch screen, smooth. Got better display then the most 4.5 screen low end smartphone.

Verizon Moto e 2015 => Basically Unlocked... But, Boost mobile Moto e 2015 Very hard unlock... I have not yet been unlocked this phone.

Bought this phone for Christmas. Basic reliable Android phone for a 12 year old. They had a special at the time and it was at a great price.

Phone would be OK but they put the mic in back of phone so people can't hear when you talk to them,who does that.I will be returning ASAP.

The phone has all basic functions you need. I installed all apps I wanted and it works great

This replaces a prior phone of same model. People complained about the inability to understand me. My friend had one of the same model, and when side to side my phone always reported a full bar less signal strength. This one is about the same as the last one.

After two days the wifi connection quit working and would not reconnect. I returned it. My Verizon Motorola Droid is connected to same wifi connection and works just fine.

this Motorola moto e phone is a old metro pcs phone. I bought this boost phone yesterday brand new out of the box. when I send a email is says sent from metro pcs phone. best buy and boost need to fix this. This is not good.
