Posted .Hello @Geidolon. Sorry to hear you had to purchase an adapter. The most compatible reader we offer is our Square Reader for contactless and chip, this reader connects via Bluetooth.
Doesn't work

The new reader doesn't work and its pretty inconvenient. I will likely go to another retailer in person to make sure it works before purchasing it.

Square puts a freeze on your account after your first transaction to "help better protect you against fraudulent transactions" it takes two days to clear up. I will be returning it for credit!

Payment is made very promptly within a couple of business days, and there are no monthly charges --only the 2.75% fee. Made my on the go business much easier.

This reader plugs right into your phone and will work once you have downloaded the Square Point of Sale app. When you plug it in with the app open, your phone will vibrate and will say "reader connected."
