Purchased this for an arts and crafts fair and it worked flawlessly in an iPhone XS. Pretty easy to setup and works well as long as you have a decent connection.

Ah the simplicity of SQUARE! This little puppy has helped speed many a transaction. Great to use on older iPhones or iPads.

It was easy to set up an account and money was deposited quickly. Only issue I have is that occasionally it will not accept the card I am swiping and it tells me its a user error. Even after changing swiping method it will not accept so I was stuck typing in card number which inconvenienced payer and cost a higher transaction fee.

Great tool for a mobile business. It attaches easily and works fast. Have a little patience while swiping the CC it needs to be done right in order to read the strip.

I use the square reader for my Usborne Books and More business, as well as our union for charity events. It's so easy to throw into my purse and nice that I can plug into an iPhone or iPad.

Its basic to get you up and running. If you are processing lots of credit card transactions then you should get the chip reader version instead. This will work but after so long starts to not want to read cards anymore.

This item is great easy to use and reliable. The app is well made with great reports. You can use it for events or even a stand alone small shop. I highly recommend this item.

Plugs into my Note 8 and lets me scan credit cards. I haven't used it very much but it seems like it will hold up. I love that they only charge you when you use it!

I use Square card readers on-site at all of my non - profit events. Works great almost every time. Rarely have to run a swipe twice, but it's usually just fine.
