Wonderful product

This helped sell more things instead of doing business by cash/check only. Love it. The only thing is keep additional power packs as this requires the location service to be on and that drains the phone battery.

Bad advice from the salesperson
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These readers probably work fine with the Square app. I have the PayPal Here app. The salesperson said that the readers are interchangeable. No, they're proprietary. They plug-in to the audio port fine but, although both my Android phone and Ipad recognized it, the readers will NOT respond to the P.P.H. app. I needed several for an event the next day. (My "spider" senses told me to test them when I returned home.) I returned them with no problem. Naturally, BB only stocked the one brand. I had to search several stores before I could locate the PayPal readers.

Worked great first time out of the box.
