When I bought it, there was a $10 redemption code in the package so it cost me nothing. I also had a friend refer me when signing up so my transaction fees are waived for the first 1000 transactions.

Square doesn't charge an arm and a leg like some of the credit card companies do ... and it is small so you can stick it in a pocket and take it anywhere - this is my 3rd one!! I so I can leave one in my shop ... another in my travel vehicle and another in the cash box ... always handy !!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Through square I'm able to make credit or debit card transactions from any where at any time.The turn around time for each transaction only takes one day to have fund directly deposited into my bank account.Customers love the simplicity of just swiping and getting a email or text receipt instead of having to hold on to paper receipts which could easily be lost or in some cases over a period of time they began to fade

This is an additional unit I got so that I would have one in each vehicle I use. I have been using the device for about two years now. It may not work as well on older smartphones (it was a little iffy on my LG Optimus Elite) but it works just fine with my Moto x. The $$$ is in my bank the next business day. No fuss, no muss.

Once you buy it there's a way to get your money back about $10 and you can use it just for getting paid back by a friend for paying for their meal or drink all the way to using it for busness reason. I'd suggest just to buy one set up the account and if you use it then u use it if not then you have something that's a conversational starter. Oh and may I say you do not pay anything to the company it's free to use and the best part is you only pay the company on a 2.7% I think for every swipe which is actually very reasonable. So just buy it and you want be sorry.
