Getting a SquareUp account will save a few hundred dollars each month in Merchant Fees. But, Had trouble inserting a client's card to read the little chip. Card didn't fit... so had to manually enter the CC numbers adding the 3.5% + 15 cents to usage fee instead of paying the regular 2.7%. Still cheaper than Bank of America Bank Fees.

It would be even better if the gave a bit more room when using a cover on my phone. The merchandising rates for use are less than the banks want to charge. The software is a also easy to use.

The only downfall is there is no one to contact if something goes awry.

We were always getting asked if we take credit cards. Well, this year we did. Worked very well and increased bidding on several items. More than offset the small fee involved.
