Customers service is limited if you have a problem. If you process over 1000 a month you would be best to look at a full service merchant processor

Requires linking a bank account, and then a small percentage of each sale is taken out to pay for the service.

Sometimes glitch when you don't have Wi-Fi or cell signals but you can still do charges and have the option to charge later when you get a signal

The interface of the website and smartphone app are so user friendly and you even get a free online store for your products as well. I love this thing!
