Case was dented. Tryed to return and was only offered an exchange. I accepted the exchange only to open it up and find another dented case. Now i have spent $30 for a dented steelbook. Thanks best buy its highly unlikely ill be making anymore purchases here.

Cool bonuses but a little on the expensive side and came dented.

Such an awesome upgrade including the really great expansion, and it was one heck of a deal at $10!

I got this pretty cheap and it comes with the upgrade so it was well worth it to get the DLC

This game has been fun and entertaining, definitely will recommend to my friends to try it out.

Simply spectacular, you get lost in space and when you look to the stars at night, you feel like you can jump up and reach, or you can go back inside, turn on your xbox, and fly to the moon instead. Just play this game, it's a must have for any gamer.

Same issues everyone experienced. Shouldn't sell this if they are unable to fulfill one of the big selling points. The game may be great but im reviewing this product and so far this is unacceptable and not living up what was sold.

Outstanding game with a great atmosphere. The only negative was the shipping. This was the version u bought to play 5 days early and I received it the day of release. But outside of that great side missions, slow burn, amazing cities, and overall a great space game.

Pre ordered hoping to get a early access code emailed to me, and get the physical goodies shipped to me. Not to have the early access code inside the steelbook, completely negating one of the main draws of this upgrade. Feel like I wasted money...

Basic game that feels a decade late. Boring empty planets

I waited for this game as long as everyone else, and I am so happy to say it’s such an enjoyable play. I really like the advancement they made in the combat system in the skill tree as well as being able to customize your space ship to the Nth degree.

I bought this to play early access like everyone else but best buy said nah we like taking your money and to watch you suffer. I got this when the game was available for everyone on gamepass. Definitely gonna get my money back

Ordered on Microsoft store for less super disappointing from Best Buy

Lost out on early access. I was told we would get sent codes early, but after it didn't come in time, support told me that they would just be sent with the steelbook, which wont come until after the games broader launch. Best Buy dropped the ball here.

Amazing add on with the DLC content. Love the extras especially the case.

The whole reason i bought this was to get the early access, then to learn that they are physically shipping it. what is the point of early access if its not early

The game is good, it is what is it is, but this was one of the most disappointing and botched pre-orders I've ever seen or experienced. Was supposed to receive early access on 8/31 (I took time off for my birthday that day/day after) to play the game as soon as I could. I didn't receive the game until the 5th with no early access code ever sent my way. I had to spend like $35-$40 extra bucks to get the early access via Xbox so I didn't feel like a dope on my vacation.

First of all the game is great and this is solely a review on the upgrade from BestBuy. Like a lot of other people I pre-ordered the upgrade version from BestBuy with the assumption and reassurance from Q/A, that the unlock code for early access would be emailed instead of packaged with the physical items but no instead I receive it today on the 6th which works out well for me playing it early.... great going to whoever decided to package the stuff together and to BestBuy that decided to not make it plain and clear to everyone that the items where together.
