    not sure if it is the product but i get static when using the with a cable. have tried mutiple controllers and 2 of the same headsets.

    What does headset for the wireless support but was not a huge fan of having to plug in a dongle in the back of my Xbox. Had some connection issues as well too and sound overall wasn’t that great. Ended up purchasing turtle Beach headset couple months later instead

    Wasn’t what I was expecting tried to balance the audio for gaming can’t but found out these are better suited for PlayStation then they are for Xbox..

    I bought these thinking it would be good for the Xbox. Turns out it was not. I don't know if I got a faulty one. Plugged it in, xbox recognized it. Downside was that the audio was choppy and lots of audio loss. Then boom, nothing. No audio! Unplugged, replugged. There's audio and dead quiet after a minute or 2. Thought it might be the usb port. Tried a different port, same thing. Plugged in 3.5 jack, works but choppy audio.

    Three weeks after purchasing, this headset is not working. My son can’t hear anything, though his friends can hear him. Until now, they were great.

    Feels extremely cheaply made and the sound coming through is muffled and the mic is awful according to everyone I talk to in party chat
