A: These are completely wireless for Xbox. Also completely wireless for PS4 and Switch. Just switch the dongle from Xbox to USB.
A: Yeah it works with PC. Comes with a USB wire that has a C type plug-in for wireless. Works right out of the box.
A: I had the same trouble, charged them all night and they still wouldn't turn on. But I found a fix. Gently remove the foam cups from the ear pieces and look for a small hole (distinct from the speaker holes) on the inside of one ear cup. This is the reset switch. I don't recall which side it was on, unfortunately, but just use a paper clip to press the button inside that hole to reset the headphones. They should power on after that. Hope that helps.
A: These will work for PS4. They work on all consoles, I got the xbox version because i like the design better and am currently using it on my ps4 with no problems. Chat and audio both work perfectly. If you hook them up to a PC you can also download the software and adjust the EQ and mic volume and stuff and the settings save for when you use them on your PS4 again.
A: Contact their support site and download their Steelseries engine on your computer. There is a update that rendered the headset wireless feature on console broken but you need the engine to update your headset. https://pt.steelseries.com/engine Also, they made very few so best shot is one of those unopened or refurbished ones on Ebay
