The product is great and the only issue I had was that my computer only had one slot for my headphones but I had two connectors (one for headphone and another for microphone), I also had to but a y splitter in order to connect my headset to my new computer

I was greeted at the door and he also came and found me to make sure I was in the right area he explained to me at the door.
