after a month of use volume is lower had to reset multiple times. when it has full volume works great .otherwis meh

Only thing lacking is slightly better volume. Other than that works great.i play on xbox/pc app is straight forward easy operation from your phone.

The customer survives was same day order same day pick up well done I’m very pleased.

I would say for my opportunity and $400 gift card I am sure nobody win...the review I am leaving won't help me win. Anyway the headset is worth the money.

Good headset over all but sometimes it has connection issues

This headset was overall extremely comfortable and had solid sound quality. But there was little to no base audio or directional audio. The high pitched noises in games stood out way more resulting in multiple headaches.

They constantly have to be unplugged and plugged back into the Xbox (with the Bluetooth adapter thing). Had good luck with other versions of these headphones but these such because of that issue. 2 stars because the sound is good, but it's annoying

Best quality for the price. The mute is a button instead of a mic movement like most so it doesn’t wear out the mic cord

Good headset. Comfy. Sound quality 10/10. But mic randomly wont work on parties. Need to turn it off and on until it works. Annoying. Ugh

Honestly the steelseries nova 5x is not that great, Sound quality sucks for xbox series x and the so called clear cast mic is not that good in fact it sounds very tinny like talking through a tin can, The software is very glitchy , For instance I had issues where I went to turn on the headset and the mic wasn’t working, turn off and back on for it to start working again. Also this headset at least to my ears has alot of static noise. To sum it up, I ended up returning the steelseries nova 5x because for $130 they have to many issues. Not worth it. I went with Turtle Beach Stealth 600 for $99.99 and let me tell you, It’s a fantastic headset with full immersive sound and a fantastic mic to boot ! Not to mention I have been using the turtle beach stealth 600 for 3 days now & with the 80 hour battery life I only went from 100% charge to 90% in 3 days. Pretty awesome. Imo steelseries is way overpriced and overrated. So my suggestion is if you are looking for a new headset that won’t break the bank, Get the turtle beach stealth 600 for xbox series x/s , You won’t be disappointed. Hope this helps.

Overall great upgrade from my Arctis 3. Never had issues with steel series

Works very well on pc and xbox. Works well even on a phone.

These are amazing! Working from home just got a lot better. With the AI noise cancelling, No one can hear my children in the background. Best purschase ever.

It's not that bad, but has problems on the pc. Especially connecting when you first turn on the pc. On Xbox works like a charm, no issues.

The headphones are good but my only issue is that when i turn them on sometimes i cant be heard so i have to turn off then on this happens in the game call of duty 6 not sure if its the game or device

Poor audio. It was comfortable overall reviews were appealing however, when in use the audio was choppy and poor quality.
