The software however, is not good. Comparing this to my older steelseries headset: features like chat/game volume are locked behind using their app, which many times will quit when waking your pc up from sleep, the range of connection is noticeably smaller, the sounds the headset plays (charging, connecting, disconnecting, muting the mic) are way too loud and harsh. Using this headset feels like its constantly in the way of me using and enjoying my time on my pc.

I bought these for work from home and they only worked sometimes because the Bluetooth and the compatibility was always an issue. I think this is better for a gamer but it was guaranteed to work good for work as well and it has given me bad scoring at work because half the time, people say I sound muffled with the mic.

However, the connection isn’t great. Whenever I turn my Xbox on then watch TV for a while then try to get the headphones to turn on, it’s hit or miss whether they’ll connect. Sometimes I need to reprogram them
