Best 3D Mario Game

Tons of fun for the little kid inside you

Fun game-play for short sessions.

I would rate it higher; but I had preconceptions that this game would be akin to Super Mario 64. The game-play is fun; but the worlds feel much smaller. It seems like each world was designed around multiple short sessions of play. Each world has collectibles that encourage you to replay the worlds multiple times. But at times, I felt like I was playing a mobile phone game. If you enjoy Mario games, you will probably enjoy this one. Although, I'm not 100% sure it's worth full retail. I only used the 3-D visuals when I was having trouble with the platforming elements.
