    I actually had played Super Mario 3D World for the Wii U before playing this. I was a little worried that after playin the phenomenal Wii U version that this may disappoint some. Though I can tell some of the levels and features on this version inspired greatness for the Wii U, this game holds it's own. This type of game is perfect for the 3DS as it can be a quick play, yet lots of fun and still very deep and engrossing. Bottom line...own this game!
