Smash Ultimate made me FEEL like Smash Bros. This is truly the way Smash Bros was meant to be experienced. If you liked the previous titles in this series, you'll love this game. If you haven't played it before, where have you been the last 20 years? Get up, grab a millennial who grew up on the N64, and have them run you through the entire gauntlet of all 5 Smash games, because missing any of them leaves part of your soul eternally unfulfilled. 0/5 - Boss Baby not in the game

This game is so fun! It’s not quite as great as the GameCube smash was but it’s still super fun to play, and makes a great party game or game to play with some friends. I would definitely recommend it.

This is must have for the Nintendo Switch. It never gets old and there are SO many characters to play as.

Purchased for Christmas for my 3 kids to go with their new Switch system. They have heard great things about the game.

I bought this to play with friends when they would come other, as well as family members. Game is great although a bit chaotic for my tastes when beyond 4 players haha. Definitely a great multiplayer game whether in person or online

It might be the hype talking right now, but this game is a lot of fun for those are more on the casual/nostalgic side.

Smash is the childhood of sooo many people. This is the main reason why I bought the console and it was soo worth it.

Some characters like DK, King K Rule are OP but other than that the game is pretty stable. Some characters could use a little bit of a buff or a nerfing. Also the matchmaking process should be more accommodating to those who want to play without all of the extras i.e. if you choose to play with no extra items you should be able to play without these items and not be matched with players who wants to use them, kind messes the online game play up. Reason for the 4 stars mainly.

Smash ultimate is the culmination of nintendo history colliding into their biggest effort yet. With over 70 characters there is a fighter for every player to enjoy. This game has a robust single player story that uses upgrade "spirits" to take on many themes challenges and plenty of returning single player modes but multiplayer is where the game shines. Local multiplayer offers standard smash and a few new options such as squad strike blackout and more to keep you coming back.
