Excellent combination of characters,and epic fights.

This is for my kids, not me. They love the game. Me, I am old enough to remember the Atari 2600. It is incredible how far technology has come in a relatively short time. The graphics are incredible. So much game play in it. You could play it forever and still not have to repeat something. One caveat. Make sure you have a memory card in your system. It takes a lot of memory to play it. I had to go out a second time to buy a card so we could use the game. If I had known that in advance I would have saved a second trip.

I'm a big mario fan and been waiting a long time for this and so far Nintendo has done it again! The game is very addicting didn't wanna stop playing and has lots of new characters. Have to get used to the controls and know the special attacks each character can do. Still learning it since it's been awhile but anyways awesome job Nintendo!

Nintendo has just taken all they've learned from previous games and received as feedback to make the best Smash experience ever. It's fun, the characters and stages are dynamic, and the whole randomized combat-to-gain feature is a great incentivizer. With every new Nintendo console, you need a new Smash. This does the series justice.

This is easily the best game of the franchise. So many characters to choose from, but some are merely derivatives of others (in my opinion). Makes for a great party game as adding more fighters to the mix neutralizes some of the skill of certain players. Highly recommend this title!

This is so much fun, I originally played this game on the GameCube and I’m so happy that I bought this because I am reliving my childhood but it’s so much more fun, the new characters are amazing!

I think Super Smash Bros Ultimate is the best game in the series. Bringing back every character from previous games and most of the stages returning, they really outdone themselves. Although it seems like stage builder and coin battles are nowhere to be seen, there are new game modes like World of Light and an improved classic mode.

This new super smash bros. game is just so perfect, it's just so fun, perfect graphics, excellent gameplay, gives you hours of fun, can be played by kids or by adults, it doesn't matter, me and my friends, who are almost thirty years old, love playing this game, it's just the perfect gift for christmas, so many characters and stages!

This game is the reason I got a Nintendo Switch, very fun and takes advantage of the joycon's ability to split. I've only played with 4 people on the same console, but it supports up to eight players. Controls are easy enough for my 4 year old to play, but timing, balancing, items, and levels, create a challenge for even seasoned players. Story mode is not as good as the wii's version, but the story's challenges are interesting, but lack the co-op. Unlocking characters while doing just casual fights felt rewarding, since it allowed for you to try out a new fighter, and a couple fights later another challenger appeared and you get to try that new character. There is a co-op online quick match which is a plus, but no co-op vs online friends. I purchased this game mostly for party play at home, so the online features are not as important to me. Overall 10/10

This is a great game for a Christmas gift for your kid!

Great Game! Good graphics and fairly easy to play… some of the backgrounds are tough so picking the right character helps to see them easier.

Do yourself a favor and go get this game now if you haven't. Best Switch game yet, funnest game in the market at the moment. Nintendo really outdid themselves on this one. Get a second Pro Controller - better playing experience with it. Every single character from previous Smash Bros are on here, they just have to be unlocked.

It’s a fun game, I’m adult man but I like playing games for relaxing, that’s why I love Nintendo and other games because in this game everybody fights!

The whole family is enjoying the Nintendo switch , even my wife is having fun. MY SON IS A GAME GURO and he has everyone into the super smash brothers. It was a family x-mas gift and we are truly enjoying it . It was a great choice for the whole family. The best part of it is that my wife is truly enjoying playing the game.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is a smashing entry into the well-established cross-over fighting franchise, that with the success of this game, isn't tagging out anytime soon. Smash is a game about hitting things, and this game changes a few things up with the Core Gameplay. The pure fighting mechanic is one of the best things about this game, bringing back old things and bringing some new things to the potluck of Smash. Firstly, the Directional Air-Dodge from Super Smash Bros. Melee is here, which makes recovering just a tad easier than in previous games. Next, something the internet lost it's head over, the Balloon Knockback. Essentially meaning that as soon as you're hit, you go flying at top speeds and then gradually slow down when you're further away from your starting point. In my opinion, this just feels better, and makes more sense than the originals. They feel like they have more weight to them now.

Sakurai delivers another labor of love that exceeds expectations in many ways. The story may not be as engrossing as Subspace, but the gameplay is phenomenal, and shows a great deal of effort in refining and polishing the system. With a massive amount of content and more to come, this game will be exciting to play for years.

The game itself is very fun and full of adventure, the Children in my Familt couldn't get enough of it.

Smash Bros Ultimate for the Nintendo Switch truly is the ultimate version of Smash Bros. It features virtually every character from all previous games. The characters are well balanced and the gameplay is responsive. The extra story modes allow you to unlock characters faster while providing countless extra hours of gaming.
