Like most nintendo games, it’s fun and will keep players busy for hours. Game contains all old characters, along with some new ones as well. There are tons of old & new content, and a great game to play as a single player or with others.

I’ve been playing these games since it first came out on Nintendo 64. This game is awesome! There are so many characters to choose from. The mechanics are great too :) It really pleases the child in my heart to play this game.

Perfect game for the experienced gamer or for the novice. My wife is hooked and she is even learning how to hone her skills to improve. Deep game with different modes and tons of characters and stages. Highly suggest.

For those of you who love the classic Nintendo Smash Brothers you won't be disappointed with the Ultimate Edition for your Nintendo switch the characters are all there and it's just as much fun today as it was back then pick it up today

I've been playing the SSB franchise since the beginning. Every game is getting better and better. I missed the single player campaign that was skipped on the Wii U/3Ds, but the World of Light makes playing by yourself a ton of fun. Game-play mechanics haven't changed much, so it's easy for vets and newcomers to pick up and learn. The roster for the game is larger than its ever been, while also bringing back some familiar faces, Roy from FE and Pichu and Mewtwo from Pokemon. The maps are fun and interactive. Overall, the best Smash Bros title to release. The ONLY issue I have is I've seen multiple occasions of where playing in Classic/All Star mode as Piranha Plant (A DLC character) will wipe the data of the game and make you COMPLETELY start over. Hopefully Nintendo can get this fixed soon!

My 12 year-old really loves this game. Its quite engaging.

This may not be the "best" Smash bros has ever been, but it's close enough that with its giant roster (of ever character ever featured in the series) that it's my favorite one of all time. I love this game with all my heart.

I played a lot of Project M, especially because I thought that was the most balanced both in terms of characters & mechanics. Smash ultimate is based off the Smash 4/Brawl mechanics, but definitely way more fine tuned. It took a while getting used too, but the more I played, the more I felt the mechanics were just a much more balanced, next generation smash. With 75 characters, and more in the future, on the roster, it becomes harder to equally balance all the characters. Although I do think there are a few characters that may be more op than others, I still think they did a great job balancing everyone as best as they could. What is also great is that Nintendo can now update the games in the future, thus allowing them to balance characters in the future. Thus, I feel like this will be the best smash.

Purchased this as a easter present for my son and he has not stopped playing it since. He loves this game and it makes for a good family night as multiple players can play as long as you have extra controllers.

This is one of those must have games that you can pick up and play nonstop. I started off playing the GameCube version when I was a kid and ever since then I’ve been a huge fan. My brothers and I would play the game all day just enjoying the sheer chaos and the extensive cast of colorful, unique characters! It’s in the same tier as Mortal Kombat in the sense that it really is just iconic and overall well built. While it may appear to be simple, the combat is very layered albeit easy to understand. Buy this for your kids and even your adult friends with a Nintendo. They will never forgot this gift much like I never forgot my brother buying us a PlayStation 4! Have fun.

Had this game on the N64, Game cube and now switch. Enjoy it always! great graphics, characters and backgrounds

This is actually first time I play super smash bros title. It's so fun to win the game by managing to push your opponent out of the stage. Plus all those familiar characters, all in one game. Great game to play with friends and online

If you're a fan of Smash bros, whether casually or competitively, boy do I have a game for you. "Everyone is here" is the tagline of the game, and provides you with every fighter and stages from past games. Truly the Ultimate game

Got this for my son for Christmas, he loves playing it. Has numerous characters from the Nintendo world you can be, along with a huge variety of background worlds to play in.

I’ve always loved smash games but something about this game just makes it special. It’s so packed with content and polished it’s insane absolutely worth every penny for this game. If you own a switch you need to own this game period.

Just when you thought this legendary game couldn’t get any better! This product is everything you’ve ever hoped for and more! Truly brings you back to that feeling when you first played Smash.

Awesome cast of characters, levels are fun and it's good looking. Can get very hectic with 4 players, full items and moving levels and at times I lose track of where I'm at. Single player is very fun, classic mode is great for N64 fans like me. Spirit mode is ok, but a little motonous. Online play was a bit of a letdown at launch, but it seems fixes are slowly coming. Patch notes are very vague and don't do a great job explaining changes. I get the feeling that developers did not realize Online would be the main thing people were wanting and did not build around that mode. I think gamers have come to expect an online experience core with single player secondary but you get the opposite with this game. I hope changes continue to come out to make online play the robust experience it should be.

Super Smash Brothers is without a doubt one of the most ambitious games I have seen in my life. The ton of characters, modes, music and gameplay improvements makes this amazing to own for any nintendo fan! Or even any gaming fan! :)

Bought this game for my daughters and they are obsessed with it.

Purchased this game as a gift for my friend's birthday. The game is super fun and we all have a great time playing it.
