This is a beloved fighting game, but I prefer it as a game to play the heck out of when friends are over (still a fighting game but I don't do the online competitive part of it). The adventure mode is great all by itself and can easily take 20-30 hours to complete (longer than most game story modes nowadays), which doesn't include time you can spend in classic mode or in Vs. mode with friends. Overall, great game that could easily be considered the greatest crossover game series.

Smash Ultimate made me FEEL like Smash Bros. This is truly the way Smash Bros was meant to be experienced. If you liked the previous titles in this series, you'll love this game. If you haven't played it before, where have you been the last 20 years? Get up, grab a millennial who grew up on the N64, and have them run you through the entire gauntlet of all 5 Smash games, because missing any of them leaves part of your soul eternally unfulfilled. 0/5 - Boss Baby not in the game

Never bought a Smash Bros game before, only ever played it with friends quite often. Now that I'm getting old, I decided to get one myself. It's quite addicting, and there's so many characters to unlock. So even if you're playing alone, there's plenty of progress to be made. And of course when you've got a party, certainly gets the competition going. It's well done, lots of characters and battle locations, different modes, online functionality. Really would recommend (10+ IMO)

This game has so much content than expected and at the same time brings back what we love about it! Overall great buy!

I bought this game to play with my younger brother so far i like it but it has a learning spike for me at least , the default controls are hard to remember but nothing simply changing them wont fix ,my brother and i do intend to keep playing and learning to unlock everything overall fun and beautiful game

One of the best reasons to own a switch in 2018. Great gameplay and a huge character roster make this game a must buy.

As someone who has enjoyed every Super Smash game since the original on N64, I can confidently claim that this latest entry is the high point of the series so far. Loaded with an unreal amount of content, various challenges and the most entertaining modes for either solo or multiplayer sessions, Super Smash Bros Ultimate seems to offer truly countless hours of fun and thrills. The game's graphics and performance also seem to be nearly flawless in either TV or handheld modes.
