I like the fact that there seems to be a more complete story line and that you can play against other people on line too

The game is great for the kids. They love the challenge of trying to unlock all the characters. We've even had some friends over to have a tournament.

Has a ton of characters to mess with. DLC content has been top notch so far. Will spend many hours playing with friends.

At first, if you are a player from the smash bros community, its a good game, for beginners its hard to play at first but the more practice the better.

This is a great game. I really enjoy the selection that is in the game, but really it isn’t ‘they’re all here’. There are DLCs (like two) that aren’t unlockable unless you pay for them, but that doesn’t affect gameplay! It’s only if you wanted a “full” roster. The rematch ability is really cool and an amazing addition for trying to get all the characters. It’s definitely a lot more fun with other people. It is fun playing by yourself, which is possible, but I’d recommend couch co-op. It’s a really fun game.

My son had this on the 3ds and saw this new game for the switch. Had to pick it up at Bestbuy for a Christmas present. Great entertainment for the kids.

I first thought this game was just a hyped up port. I was SO WRONG. This truly is a completely new Smash Bros. game. Every character has been revised both visually and technically, and the new system in the game is fast and fun. In my opinion, this is the best entry in the series. While there are less gimmicks (Target Smash, Stage Creator, etc.), Smash Bros. Ultimate puts the focus on gameplay more than ever before, and it pays off. I literally played this game for a week straight from the time I woke up, to the time I went to sleep, and I wasn't sleeping much.
