The up to 8 player multiplayer experience is great, as per usual with Smash games. The speed of the game is up, which is nice and control is better. Some of the fancy add ons seem unnecessary (like slow downs in KO hits), but you can ignore them. The single player experience starts off fun, but becomes incredibly repetitive and is just slow. If you are looking for a fun multiplayer experience, Smash won't disappoint as usual, but don't expect Subspace Emissary from Brawl.

Super Smash Bros. has had a long a storied history going all the way back to the Nintendo 64. Now, being an ancient dinosaur I've had the privilege of playing each and every Smash game as they came out... and I have to say, I believe this game is the best one they've produced yet. With over 70 characters and more stages than should be legally possible, you really can't get bored with the game's selection. The combat is MUCH improved over the previous "Smash Bros for Wii U/3DS," which I already thought was an improvement over Smash Bros. Brawl for the Wii. Whether you're looking for a party fighting game to play with friends or a surprisingly deep fighter to master and dominate opponents with, you can't go wrong with Smash Ultimate.

Hour and hours of fun! The fighters roster is huge!! Plenty of stages to pick from too! And the new fighters are coming out as downloads, so now is the time to get this!

I wanted some good games for the switch. This was only of the good fighting games that came out. I had to get it. I play it and my kids, and nephew play this game just about every time.

My son can play for hours on in with this game. He and his friends have tournaments and trash talk while doing so. I get a kick out of it. This was the reason for the Nintendo switch.

Love this game so easy to play and very entertainig wish it came with a maniel for more combos and what spirits you need to beat some characters. Overall Best game for a family game night everyone will love it.

My family got this game for Christmas and played Christmas Day took it home and brought it back to play for the kids everyone had so much fun as a product it’s well thought out works well and my family loves it

This is a pretty good game. There are quite a few differences from the previous versions but it's still pretty fun

Best entry in the smash series so far. Combines all of the characters you know and love with new and returning modes. Local co-op is a blast and there's actually a good single player experience this time around.

Excellent game, Nintendo has been able to improve on the smash legacy while keeping its style and controls consistent from iteration to iteration. One of the best multiplayer games you can get for the switch.

It brings me back to my childhood playing this on gamecube. Its a little different and confusing on how to earn characters but its still a great game

Super Smash Bros Ultimate is a lot of fun playing by yourself or with others. It is at it's best using the GameCube controller adapter with 2-4 people but it is fine with the joy cons or classic controller.
