And a new feature called spirits that you can collect and power up mixes up things. There are a few new characters as well as dlc characters and level planned. If you were slightly let down by smash on the WiiU you will be happy to know this smash is far better than that one. So what are you waiting for? Go SETTLE IT IN SMASH!

My son was bagging for this game. I didn’t see why he wanted so much until I bought it for him. He was truly having fun with this game.

Nonstop fun. Game seriously never becomes boring as it also refuses to get easier lol

It’s awesome seeing smash in such great detail. Did you know Mario has grain leather boots? I didn’t either until I played ultimate; the attention put into all details of this game are amazing, including sounds and music. Story mode is unique, and ads multiple layers of complexity to the single player experience. It has every smash stage redone in HD and every character plus some. Best smash ever out the gate. I’m looking forward to Online play and matchmaking. Already played several hours online and it’s been awesome fun.

This was a gift and it was appreciated! The recipients (of varied ages) thought it was fun, and enjoyable, especially on a long flight.

This is one of the first games the kids got for their Switch. I'm please with the rating. They have a ball playing it. Can't complain.

I haven’t played smash bros since the 64 when I was a kid. This really brought back good memories. It’s fun for everyone in my opinion

Bought it for my 10 year old and he us very happy. The only issue i have is tbat the story mode was incredibly short. Although the game is centered around the multiplayer aspect, if you are goin to have a story mode it should at least seem like some effort was put into it.

There are alot of improvements with this game than the previous gamecube one. Everything seems fairly balanced. Cant wait for more DLC

Smash Bros Ultimate has tons of content for both multiplayer and single player and is a lot of fun to unlock the different characters.

The singleplayer is pretty fun with the challenges. But the multiplayer is very hit or miss with the lag where a bulk of the longevity is on something that doesn't work too well. Even if you have the best network, which goes against the point of a portable console, most people do not or things will lag out like crazy without anything to prevent it. Most of the DLC is really not worth it to what you get at the start, really only worth it if you want to play online even if the online is really bad with lag. It is worth it for the single player at least.

Kids Love game. Kids come back and play it over and over. It is one of the games that will be in our top list for a long time.

Smash is and always will be a great game, this game has everyone from the previous games which is a good value for your money.

Smash. That’s all you really need to know. A classic game, classic characters, and simple controls, even the elderly could learn. All you really do is smack and jump, sounds underwhelming, but for something so simple, it really makes one feel like a child again
