What can I say? It's a Smash Bros game. Many people were awaiting the release of this game ever since the Wii U Smash Bros was released. They did not disappoint in the slightest. There are so many playable fighters to choose from. The single player mode is quite long and will keep most players busy for some time (20+ hours). The online mode is mostly excellent but I do wish Nintendo would allow parties where you group up with friends online and then enter online matchmaking with them. Currently, you have to search for a room with similar settings and then enter the same room in order to play with friends and other random people online. Still, I would definitely recommend this game. Sakurai has put so much work into this.

An absolute blast. My girlfriend and I recently got this game and cannot stop playing it. Fun for the whole family ! Easy to learn and always fun to play. Would recommend 10/10

If you haven't heard of this series by now you must be an infant who can't speak or think clearly yet... Or you've been in a coma since the mid 90's. Only 4 instead of 5 stars because it takes a very long time to unlock all the characters who aren't downloadable. Beyond that though it's exactly what I would expect outta the series. Great Nintendo style graphics and sound. A must have for any Switch owner!

The only item requested for christmas this year. My teen had no problems taking it out of the box, setting it up and begin playing with it immediately. I was told Nintendo Switch best gift ever.

Loving this game so far. Excellent game to play with friends and unlocking characters through the campaign is super satisfying. Highly recommended to any new switch owner!

I’m loving this game since I purchased it last week. I’ve never played a smash game before but this one is loads of fun. Been playing online with my nephew and he’s absolutely in love with it. Highly recommended.

A very nostalgic feeling playing this game. I spent many hours playing the original on the N64 and I’m enjoying the new style of game play. The story has a cool concept.

My daughter recently purchased a Nintendo Switch and wanted a game for it. I picked this one up for her since it reminded me of the Super Mario Brothers that I had with my original Nintendo.

Love it, just like in the old days, a really good game, for me, it's a must have for your nintendo

Probably one of the best Nintendo games I've played in the last decade. Always feels like I'm learning more new and interesting things to do in the game.

My son won't stop talking about this one. As a family, we're huge Mario and Luigi fans. He plays for hours on end and goes back for more smashing!

My son was glued to his switch for a week straight. He was able to win all the battles to have access to all characters. Brought him a lot of joy, too bad I don’t like playing video games. He seems very content.

This game is tons of fun. You can play multiplayer, which when you have a family is a big plus. The 8 character battles are insane!! So much action and such a great time. This is a great game for the Switch!!

Super Smash Bros Ultimate is easily the best game in the series. The roster is absolutely massive and there are so many modes to play in this game. Overall, Ultimate is a must play if you own an Nintendo Switch.

Was always looking forward into buying one. The perfect opportunity for me arose during Black Friday when I was able to get it alongside the new Pokémon game. I like the compactibility, and the graphics are nice.

One of my most played titles. A great party game and lots of fun to play solo as well. The online can be finicky, but that's a small complaint in an otherwise stellar game.

The up to 8 player multiplayer experience is great, as per usual with Smash games. The speed of the game is up, which is nice and control is better. Some of the fancy add ons seem unnecessary (like slow downs in KO hits), but you can ignore them. The single player experience starts off fun, but becomes incredibly repetitive and is just slow. If you are looking for a fun multiplayer experience, Smash won't disappoint as usual, but don't expect Subspace Emissary from Brawl.

Super Smash Bros. has had a long a storied history going all the way back to the Nintendo 64. Now, being an ancient dinosaur I've had the privilege of playing each and every Smash game as they came out... and I have to say, I believe this game is the best one they've produced yet. With over 70 characters and more stages than should be legally possible, you really can't get bored with the game's selection. The combat is MUCH improved over the previous "Smash Bros for Wii U/3DS," which I already thought was an improvement over Smash Bros. Brawl for the Wii. Whether you're looking for a party fighting game to play with friends or a surprisingly deep fighter to master and dominate opponents with, you can't go wrong with Smash Ultimate.

Game is lots of fun and a great way my 8 year old and 5 year old to safely let out se aggression against each other! Lots of different modes so you won't get tired of it!
