Great for the family. And was a must have purchase for my new Nintendo Switch 2

Every character, almost all the stages, and 800+ incredible music tracks? Plus it's compatible with nearly my entire extensive amiibo collection! What's not to love? Well, maybe the lack of Home Run Contest and no dedicated servers for the online, but it's still a lot of fun even without those.

I bought this game because I used to play it years ago and wanted to play it with my daughters. That got all into it with me!

Great game. Takes a little while to learn some moves if you have not played earlier versions of the game. Too expensive for an old game.

I’ve been a big fan of Super Smash Bros since the original on N64 blew the doors off fighting games style. Countless hours, days and sleepless nights playing tournaments with friends in living rooms and strangers at tournaments alike. This laziest edition of the esteemed series might just be the best yet. Beyond the obvious online abilities and being able to fight people from all over the globe, the graphics are insaneeee and the amount of characters both Nintendo brand and donated icons from other game developer companies is no in the hundreds. The solo fight option is also entertaining, although Super Smash Bros has always been the type of game meant to bring people together wether physically or digital. Either way, highly recommended!

While I didn’t enjoy getting my butt handed to me by my nephews, we laughed enough to make up for the blow to my pride!

This is every Smash Bros rolled into one. Relive the good ol' days. The online component of the Switch is fidgety and weird and I have no idea why they can't implement something functional and convenient like Microsoft or Sony, but it is what it is. The game still kicks for local multiplayer.

Alrighty, time to spill the beans on Super Smash Bros. Ultimate for the Nintendo Switch. So, first off, gotta admit, my son wasn't too keen on it at first. But I told him to stick with it, and lo and behold, he's hooked now. Kid can't get enough of it. One thing I really dig about this game is how easy it is to just stop playing whenever. There's no need to worry about hitting a checkpoint or losing progress. Just hit pause, and you're good to go. Makes life a whole lot simpler, let me tell ya. But here's the kicker: my girls? Yeah, they're not feelin' it. Tried to get 'em into it, but no dice. Hey, can't win 'em all, right? Overall, though, it's a solid addition to the game collection. Keeps the boy entertained for hours on end, and that's worth its weight in gold.

I am very happy to preorder this amazing game. I am Super Smash Bros lover since the first original iteration of Super Smash Bros for the Nintendo 64 in 1999. Nintendo actually outdone themselves by including everyone from entire series of Super Smash Bros roster from Super Smash Bros 64, Super Smash Bros Melee, Super Smash Bros Brawl and Super Smash Bros for Wii U/3ds. The only con on this game is the controls. I am using both Joycons and Pro Controller as it's seem awkward to me. (Perhaps, I'll buy me the adapter and original GameCube controller) Anyways, I'm satisfied with my purchase and sorry about long winded review. I'll give this game 5 stars!

Spirit mode is pretty cool ngl, theres lots of things to do other than the classic N64 battle mode with challenges.

Ever want to get a friend into video games, specifically fighting games. Get them Smahs Ultimate, it consists with a whole bunch of fighters from diferent franchises, and more coming on the way due to dlc! This game is built for casual and competitive, its perfect balance for a video game!

My son loves this game and it’s a great game to interact with your children if you’re an adult.

This entry of Super Smash Bros puts all the past entries to shame. All of the characters from the last games are HERE. Hours of content and play. The story mode, World of Light, isn't much of a "story" but it is a really fun mode and essentially a love letter to gamers with all the little details and battles. Hours of content but also felt like it dragged on more than it should have. Still a fun experience. No co-op though. Classic Mode is back and is solid with multiple ways to play. There is even co-op classic mode Online is where it kind of falls back, but nintendo has never been known for having a great online system. They should have kept the For Glory and For Fun playlists instead of mixing up the rules to play with randoms. The Battle Arenas only slightly make up for it. I'm sure they will find a way to improve it. This will be another go-to addition for the Nintendo Switch next to Mario Kart. So many hours of fun, and such a well made game.

My boys absolutely love playing this game. We even play it as a family game night.

Is this game SUPER?! No Super Man in it so i have to ding it for that. Is this game Smash?! Smash Mouth doesn't have a SINGLE song in this game. NOT ONE. DING NUMBER 2. That's TWO dings. Does this game have BROS? Technically YES. But its not the Blues Bros. So that's HALF A DING. Cartridge tasted TERRIBLE. To be fair... they all do. Nintendo company could really improve the taste of ALL of their switch system games. Is this game fun? Technically its probably the funnest game ever created. Does it have Superman, Smash Mouth and the Blues Bros in it?! NO IT DOES NOT. Oh and Grandpa say's there isn't enough Rootbeer Tappin' in this one. I HAVE to agree with that. there is ZERO Rootbeer Tappin' as far as I can tell. Would DEFINITELY play again.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is the latest in Nintendo's crossover party fighting game. This game sports a massive character roster with 74 total characters included in the game (you start with 8 of them and unlock the others as you play using a variety of methods that all ultimately boil down to just playing the game). Additionally, if you purchase the game before January 31st, you'll be eligible to recieve the 75th character (Piranha Plant from Super Mario Bros) absolutely free when it's available for download (another 5 characters will also be made available as downloadable content bring the game's total roster up to 80 characters at the end). Super Smash Bros Ultimate is a fun time and a must-have for Nintendo Switch owners. There are hours upon hours of fun to be had across all of the different game modes and characters. Whether you're playing alone, with friends on the couch, or online, you're in for a great time with this game.

I love that this game can have so many players. There are 5 people in my family and we couldn’t all play together with the other games we own but can with this one. Super fun and love seeing all the different characters!
