Its neat you can earn new characters and that there are lots of different venues to choose from. They are enjoying learning about all the cool tricks characters can do. Definitely worth the purchase.

Even if you don't have Nintendo online this game will still keep you busy on your own. Learning the different combos for each character is somewhat challenging (like all fighter games) but the payoff is wonderful as you can see Sonic pull off a combo against DK. This game is used to not only see who is right in a discussion but who also has to do the chores.

My 14 year old loves the game

Worth playing

Played it on his switch and this is mind blowing. Also, ordered it online for pickup and bestbuy made the experience seamless. I was in and out of the store in minutes. Definitely recommend.

Made the fighting way more intricate
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While everybody will focus on the roster or stage selection, which are definitely ample, I’ll just comment briefly on the nuances from a fighting engine side. Lots of little details that work well - neutral jabs have more combos, some timings have been tweaked for tilt and smash attacks, etc. The AI dodges better and can be harder to hit properly which makes the 8 or 9 cpu levels just a smidge more interesting. Definitely makes some characters more usable from a fight mechanic perspective. Great game.
