X has a great screen and shows well BUT there is no antivirus software thats compatible with windows 11 as well no headphone port. I thinknits already vulnerable to virus. And ive had a good couple weeks. Im scared to use it much for that reason. No regular USB either. It has the mini ports...so thats why i dont really care about this model

Good luck getting Microsoft to honor their warrant

Apparently it's a common issue with this device that's under investigation. It's still under warranty, but good luck trying to reach anyone at Microsoft to help with that!

He wanted something compact for school and personal use but did not want to carry around a large laptop or using a tablet. He loves it!

Not good for hand written notes.
