Hardware fine, software hard to learn

But learning to use it, understanding the terminology of instructions not easy for non tech person like myself. The navigation around app in wifi on PC remote very clunky and slow. We have fiber optic internet .we haven't tried to navigate and set alarms yet. Hoping the screen and mouse in the attic work better than remote PC. Wished we would've researched before we bought. Usually do.
