After a few phone calls and many personal attempts, still can not connect online to view. Was told it was a google security update that now has taken weeks. The main reason I bought this was to view by my cellphone when I am away with work. Should have bought a different product.

the cameras quality is okay, it is high def 1080p. at night its not that clear thught.

At night these are no good, there is no options to change it at night

picture resolution is great but remote playback not dependable

Easy to install but not to get conected to Internet

Poor product quality, we purchased 2 4350 units and 1 4500 unit. All units had some sort of hardware issue, lights not working, software needing upgrading to fix issues that didn't work and should have. No documentation, PC software does not integrate with uinits and no documentation on how to work the PC software. 1 unit had a password enabled that support could not fix. Removed all 3 units and took back and will purchase something else

I have placed the camera around my house and works great during the day. Night time is a different story. I can't recognize faces even when the person is 10 feet away. The recording is also difficult to zoom in on playback.

Missing a cord. You cannot get the cord anywhere but swann, I tried. They will not take calls at all they make you go to their pain in the @ website and create a pain in the @ account. You can't find the cord on their sht website so there will be no ...oh here it is, click ...order. nope none of that easy stuff. You have to set up bs account, send idiot customer support an email and they will reply within 3 - 5 business days. No replies, I have nothing further

Thought the quality of the 1080p was about 720p. The color was more Greyscale.

Software for DVR system hard to understand and navigate, poor camera quality could not recognize someone or read license plate from 35ft..

This is a quality product that is very easy to set up. My wife and I have been very happy with the system. The 1080p cameras are very clear and provide excellent clarity at night. The cameras also pick up a nice wide angle especially if mounted in a corner of a room or yard. Connection to the LiveScan app was easy as well. We are able to view all cameras from our iPhones or iPad and designated TV ( with the DVR connected to our Modem/Router )This is a DIY product however keep in mind the cameras are not wireless. Each camera has a wire that needs to find its way and connect to the DVR. Planning is key with any wired camera system. You not only need to find the best location for the cameras but also the best location for properly routed wires to the DVR. The camera cables are extremely long ( I had more than enough wire in the kit).

I will never buy this product again. Trash trash trash. I don't know why Best Buy would sell this product. I spend 500+ for this cameras and they are nothing but trash!

Installed while walls were open during construction. Split hdmi output to several tvs. Video is clear, records, and functions as expected.

Good: Hardware setup was straight forward. Camera Quality and picture are good. Bad: I cant get the software to work and I'm a technical person. I've called tech support three times so far and been on hold for over 20 minutes with no answer each time. The message always says the wait is due to "A high volume of calls" no matter what time of day I call. What does that say about the products? So if the software does not work and Swann doesn't have adequate tech support then no matter if I like the cameras the product is a useless rock. Unfortunately I will have to return to BB so I can get a system up and running. I'm not happy about wasting so much time with Swann.

This is a low end HD camera system at 1080p recording at 1920 x 1080 using TVI cables. Had to return it for a more capable NVR system. The NVR camera systems are easier to install because it only requires one network cable for power and video. NVR camera systems offer super HD recording resolution at 2048 x 1536 which is 50% more than HD 1080p cameras. If I could start all over again I would never of started at the bottom of the HD video systems.

I loved this system once i got it hooked up, until i tried to get everything installed so that i could view on my phone or computer. I eventually gave up and just left a monitor hooked up to it. After about 3 months i started having issues with cameras jumping and going off. After some research, i discovered how horrible the BNC connectors were. After some tinkering with the BNC connectors i got 4 out of 5 cameras to work. That lasted about another 3 months and then i dropped down to 3 working. Now after a year, i have only 2 working. I was really disappointed because i purchased the system and one additional camera with plans on purchasing at least two more. But after the issues i have had, i am looking at other brands to start replacing the cameras and eventually replacing the whole system. I gave it a 2 star only because the picture is great (when the camera works)

My neighborhood is happy now. We all can see from our phones very happy with my swan 1080p pro series hd.
