Installed and had problem at the start with DVR. After 2 days on the phone Swann wanted to get sent at my expense to fix. Best Buy let me exchange at the store at no charge. Time will tell.

I bought this system because of vandalism on my property and it has performed great. Does everything I wanted it to do. I am adding two more cameras so that my coverage will be complete.

Bought this set for outside use. Very nice cameras but the resolution at night could be better, otherwise I am very happy with the purchase.

Does a great job for what it was intended, capture and record video. Only complaint is it's rather difficult to connect to remote viewing.

Best Buy did not have many security camera options in the store that have continuous recording (not just recording when motion is detected). This was the only one that had the features I needed. However, it is NOT consumer friendly and it is VERY difficult to set up. I had 2 computer expert neighbors help me and even they had a horrible time setting it up. Nothing about it is intuitive The interface is confusing. It takes too many steps to do things. The live view uses unclear symbols instead of words. The box did NOT include a user manual or a set-up manual. The live view app that the box said to use is wrong. The box even has the wrong scan code on it which is supposed to make it easy to get the system recognized on a cell phone. After spending way too much time on the Swann user forum, I found out that a completely different app should be used. That one worked, but it was difficult to get it set up so that I could view things remotely (even though that is the entire purpose of the app). This system is for computer pros and definitely NOT regular citizens. I wish I had bought the DEFENDER system sold on the Walmart website. It brags about being user friendly and color coded. Picture is good during the day (but grainy at night even at 1080 resolution) and we finally were able to get a live feed, so I give it 2 stars instead of the 0 or 1 star for the lack of set-up materials, lack of user manual, erroneous box info about which app to download, set-up difficulty, and complicated, not consumer friendly interface.

Good system for the money, only problem I've had is setting up the email alerts, can't seem to get it to send out alerts to the email that I set up for the system.

Love how easy it was to get the cameras installed and viewable on the screen, but the behind the scenes set up for notifications and the general control panel is a nightmare. In order for me to update the software, I had to download the software on my laptop, put it on a flash drive, then plug that into the control box. Still didn't work out. Another thing, unless you have a gmail email account, don't even think of attempting to have notifications sent to another email account.

This package includes 4 cameras with an alert when there is movement or activity in your yard. It also can be viewed on your television or smart phone!

Bought theses cameras for home security. Very easy to install and setup the cameras. They are very clear in the daytime and nighttime. And can also be accessed from any mobile device which is even nicer.

I really like the cameras, but the remote is kind of irritating and hard to understand. The safety I feel outweighs that

Easy to set up. App works well for remote viewing. Memory Is adequate for home use with average sensitivity and moderate traffic.

It is a good buy. You can set up the cameras wherever you want to get the best surveillance possible. Good quality for a good price.

This system is great. It catches the smallest of movements with clarity. Installing the system was very simple and straight forward. We purchased four additional cameras after seeing how well the first four worked.

I'm happy with everything except it should have had audio other than that I'm happy.

Purchased for our new home construction, all doors and garage entry covered, installation simple and straightforward. Can't yet comment on longevity/durability but see nothing that makes me concerned about quality.

I have purchased these systems before and for the price, you cannot go wrong. I like the ease of use and more importantly, the ease of installation. The phone app is easy to use and the phone can be set up quickly.
