Complicated setup with basic functions

Pretty complicated setup that gave us very basic functions. We didn't find how to save video on hard drive and play at computer. Picture is good after installation and all basic functions worked. But since we needed a little more, we returned it after some days of testing.

Good Camera's/Tough to operate

Clarity is great, but operating them is tough. I still haven't figured it all out yet. The app was hard to install. I used the help line and got it installed on my Ipad, but have been unable to get it on my Iphone. I guess another call to helpline is in order, maybe they cam tell me how to playback more than 5 minutes...
