    I like the cameras. Clear picture day or night. It's good to know what is going on inside my house when I am not around. Easy to install and setup. Good cameras for the money!

    Bought these swann wireless cams for indoor use to monitor the interior of my home to add to the other swann products I own. Quick and simple startup. App has a few bugs from time to time. Aside of that, the cameras do what they need to do.

    I purchased these cameras on 1/27/25 and I already want a refund. The reviews had me thinking I made a great purchase, I was highly disappointed. The quality was just okay, the cord is super short so I couldn’t even put it where I wanted. It took the camera 20 mins to come on after I plugged it in. I thought it was defective. The subscription is $10 monthly. It’s a no for me. Not worth $80!!

    Slow and laggy. Often fails to load views

    The cameras are very slow and laggy. The often fail to show view despites being connected to a high speed internet.

    Horrible product

    They didn’t last not even 2 months and both start to failing. I waasn’t able to live stream outside of my home. They were connected to my wifi signal and worked while inside the house, once you were out and outside of my wifi signal range, they stopped streaming. I callec seceral times the company’s support. They resetted them both but no fix. I ended up buying other 2 cameras from a different brand.

    Camara is not bad haven't had any issues but speaker is horrible cant understand anything

    These are pretty good cameras, especially at the price. I initially had some issues with them losing connection, but they’ve since been great.

    Precise location required by Swann Security app

    The quality of the video of these cameras is not the reason for the 1 star rating - that is really good for the price. I am giving 1 star because the Swann app that you have to download/install to set these cameras up requires your precise location. Not just general location - it won't let you add a camera if you don't allow the app precise location. There is no legitimate reason for this requirement. Because of this, I recommend you buy a different brand altogether.

      Hi David. Our app asks for Location Permission so that it can help find your Wi-Fi network during the pairing process. It helps the app populate a list of local network names to choose from rather than asking you to type it in manually, which may lead to typos that would cause the pairing to fail. If you are concerned about your privacy, you could just enable Location settings whilst you pair the camera, and then immediately afterwards you could disable it again and you will be able to use the camera normally from that point on.
