loved it so much works great lovely color so glad i got it

Full disclosure I am an entire adult and do not have children and do not even have to be around children. With that being said I have been losing my mind since the mass quartantine started and while I understand I needed something to do other than drink and panic. It's very user friendly and the digital downloads were surprisingly fast considering the Lite doesn't have as much space available. I strongly suggest getting a microSD card if you don't intend to have physical copies of your games because I can only comfortably fit two games on it as is. But there's no lag and is as reliable as Nintendo has always been.

My child enjoys using it. Easy parental control setup. Unfortunately, it did not survive falling in the toilet. So just know if you are getting it for a child, it may not survive them.

My daughter loves her switch. I got it for her for her birthday and i have been able to even add learning games for her to play and don't have to worry about joy cons breaking

I have a full Nintendo Switch and the Switch Lite. The Lite has a slightly smaller screen but there is a notable weight difference. This can be important if you get wrist or hand pain from long gaming sessions. Otherwise it is a great console and there are tons of games for it. Be mindful of the differences in the Lite vs the full Switch. Some games will have limited functionality or worse. So get familiar with what you are going to play before deciding to jump in. Also, at the time I bought it you cannot move your game in Animal Crossing from one console to the other. That may factor into your decision.

If you like your switch but just don't play it on your tv, this is a great alternative for you. Lighter, sleeker and smaller, it's perfect for on-the-go gaming. And although it's lighter, it doesn't lose any of the quality feel you get from the switch. It doesn't feel like a knock-off or cheapskate version of the switch. Additionally, I wish it was as easy to access the Switch' micro SD card as it is on here.

Smaller version is nice and returning to the full handheld experience without the heavy weight or the oversized screen, this version of the switch makes me jealous not to have for myself. Very convenient and easy storage for true on the go handheld gameplay and less worries of having joy con issues.

Great product! Me and my girlfriend love playing on these whenever we want! Charge lasts decently long and the games that you can get are awesome!

1st time nitendo switch buyer bought for my kids would recommend they love it

Picked this unit up for our 3rd child for Christmas. This is the 3rd Nintendo Switch we have bought and there really isn't much more we can say accept that the Nintendo switch lite is probably the best video game system ever made. The first party games by Nintendo are some of the best games for the system and are great for kids. Our kids like to play games such as Mario Kart and Splatoon online with and against each other.

What a way to surprise a kid! This switch was the best gift my child was never expecting. The look in his eyes, the giant smile, it was so heartwarming to see the joy that endless hours of entertainment could bring. It also supports responsibility for kids, learning to care for and maintain something valuable to them. Glad I chose this as a gift over that submersible trip.

Compact and light and very brilliant and vivid color! My son love it and battery Last longer.

Durable enough for kids, portable and sleek enough for adults. If you don't want a system to connect to your TV and just want to play handheld, this works great. But if you even have the slightest reservation about wanting to play Nintendo games on your TV or want to play with family and friends, just spring for the regular Switch. This is definitely a personal device, not one to share with others.

Bought it for our 4yr old as a Christmas gift. So he hasn’t used it yet but he has tried it in store. The smaller form factor of the Switch Lite is easier for him to play with it. Also the fact it comes in one piece without the removable joycons like the normal Switch is better for smaller kids, i.e. less prone to damage/failure. I would still recommend to buy a protective case for accidental drops, a screen protector to prevent scratches and a carrying case for travelling with all the games and the charger.
