I purchased the switch lite as a gift for a family member and she loved it. It’s the perfect handheld with few limitations (except for games that require movement). Keep in mind that you have to buy an SD card for the device, as it doesn’t come with one.

The colors are amazing. The system is super light compared to the regular model. The screen is smaller but because of this it provides a clearer resolution. Design on back is magnificent. All while keeping the price the same as a regular switch lite.

This is our second Switch and while it lacks the dock function (and detachable JoyCons) it almost feels like a better device as the unified design has a more solid, typical Nintendo feel. Let's be honest, Nintendo is the king of handheld and while you can play the regular Switch on your TV, almost everything looks better on the smaller screen.

I like this switch a lot. And I was able to get the color I wanted so that made me happy. It works well and it’s really portable. The battery lasts a decent amount of time but nothin special and the screen is pretty small but for the most part I’m playing it right next to my face. If you’re looking a nice small portable game console then I would definitely recommend it.

Amazing console. Not to big, not to small. There is something that just feels more intimate about a handheld device you can play while sitting on the couch in a relaxed position. Or even more being able to take the experience with you and combat the total boredom of a three hour layover at the airport, followed by another half day in a cramped airplane.

Great handheld gaming system. Light weight and affordable. May need to purchase a memory card depending on your personal needs, which are also inexpensive.

Daughter has the classic one, and for her she likes the larger size and other features (detachable controllers, play on a TV screen, etc. For me, given I (used to) travel for work (thank you, COVID-19), this smaller version was easier to pack and take on the road. Got this color because it stands out in a crowd and harder to accidentally leave behind somewhere.

I love the Nintendo Switch Lite. I think even if you already have a Nintendo Switch it's worth getting the Lite. I also think it would be a good idea to get an 8bitdo controller to go with it. It's not a necessity, but it does make playing some games alot easier. I also love the Turquoise color.

I’m a pretty avid gamer and usually only play in consoles. But I really wanted some hand held games I cold just chill with. The Switch Lite is perfect for me. And it’s a bright color so even I can find it in my nearly bottomless purse. We plan on getting a full sized switch later on and I like that I can also use the Lite as a controller.

Great, it’s a switch. Not much else to say. Helped keeping me busy and distracted during my chemo treatments. Finished at least two animal crossing islands

Absolutely love the Nintendo Switch Lite! This was a present for my wife (as I have the regular Nintendo Switch) and we both love it. The colour is lovely and vibrant; it is very comfortable to use/hold and a great device overall. They are just as good as the regular Switch in my opinion. If you are not planning on playing it on a TV I highly recommend the Lite!

My 5yr old received for his birthday and OMG the look on his face was priceless! It fits his little hands perfectly and also weighs slightly less than the OG Switch ( which his big brother has) which I think is better for him. For our situation it’s perfect!

Great sound and graphics great value and size easy to use

The Nintendo Switch Light is an awesome gaming device. It's easy to use and also it's a very lightweight device that can be carried wherever you go. That's the problem, I'm too old to be taking every where I go, but I do! There's plenty of games to choose from and a lot of nice accessories, such as a carrying case to take it every where you go!

The look and feel of this Lite version of the Switch is stunning. The color really pops, the d-pad is a perfect addition. While it doesn’t “switch” back and forth to/from docked and handheld, it’s great to take with you anywhere you want to game. If you own two Switch systems, in order to play digital games however, you have to set it to your primary console.

Extremely portable. Strong battery life. Only complaint is how expensive some games can be!
