I bought this for downtime at work (night shift). I also have a standard Switch but my daughter uses it often, so I bought this smaller one for myself. Works great, I actually like it better than my standard Switch for portable usage. It’s smaller, lighter, and easier to hold that a normal Switch. As long as you have no plans to hook it up to a TV, it’s a better device IMO. So far no issues with stick drift. My other Switch is plagued with it, like many other peoples, but this one, nope. At least not yet.

10 out of 10 would recommend this system to anyone. Its light wieght and fun to play. Especially if you lije nitendo exclusives like mario kart, and pokemon

I like to play games on this switch. I love the color pink. I can bring it wherever I go. I love playing Minecraft on it. Very good quality.

It is the perfect size for my child. Sturdy and durable. Wont lose the remotes with this device

I love my switch lite. I've had it for over a month now and it runs perfectly. It is a nice hand held one, slightly smaller than my normal switch! Love how small and light it is though.

Super cute color and in my personal opinions its better than the actual Nintendo switch. I got this for my kid with the case and carrying case and she loves it.

The Switch Lite is awesome. The portability is amazing. Battery life is good. The built-in Joy-Cons feel much better than the detachable ones for the regular Switch.

I am going to try to leave a review for this product even though my experience with it has been very limited. I purchased this as a birthday gift for someone who I care very much about. He had wanted the Nintendo Switch Console and I could see why immediately. I was a huge Animal Crossing fan. Loved the game on the Nintendo Wii and I credit the Wii with assisting me with the beginnings of my over 100 lb weight loss. Love in the time of Covid... I could not find Switch consoles anywhere other than marketplace sellers gouging or profiting off an investment. It depends on how you see it. I ended up buying him the switch lite. I think I might be playing the game more if the 2 person console was what I had ended up with but it was more important to me that he had this little Animal Crossing buddy to take with him to chemotherapy treatments. I've played for a moment here or there so I've seen the controls and I've heard of some of the new features since Animal Crossing: City Folk. But believe it or not, we're both still playing Pokemon Go. With this gadget, just like many others, be prepared for the 20 others little things that you need to go with it. Screen protector. Carrying Case. Game. Headphone adapter. I hope this helps someone out there debating on the Nintendo Switch Lite for what it's worth or maybe just someone who likes real product reviews.

I recently preordered the Pokémon Switch Lite and it’s gorgeous, cute, pretty, every adjective I like to describe this beauty. I have fibromyalgia and the bigger Switch is too heavy for me to play on (I tried my friend’s) so the Switch Lite was perfect. It’s light enough but feels premium and complete feeling. The D-Pad is soft but firm enough that it’s really a joy to play the 2D games on Nintendo Switch Online and everything else. I can also see for some if you have bigger hands, it might be difficult to play for longer periods of time. But there are hand grip options so I think it’s still a good alternative for those who have been holding out for a Switch. As for the screen size, I was worried that it was too small but honestly, it’s perfect. Also, very clear! Play time depends on the game. Playing Pokémon Let’s Go gets me about 4.5-ish hours with half of the brightness on with about 30% of battery left. I can’t speak for other games like BOTW but I’m trying the Dragon Quest XI S Demo and it takes about 3 hours until the battery came to 35%. All in all, I think I prefer this over the original Switch since I play in my room with no TV most of the time as I did when I’m playing my 3DS. I would definitely recommend it. And, in case anyone is wondering, no signs of drift with mine!

The game system is very unusual to hold compared to an original switch or the OLED version. However it still has great graphics. Also newer so Nintendo is still working on patches and updates. Had to buy an SD card which was no big deal on sale from Amazon 20 bucks. No biggie. As long as u get the Nintendo premium you get your cloud save data and can use multiple SD cards for your games (just make folders). An accessory or two may be needed but still worth it in the very end. Highly recommend.

This was a gift for my 11 year old daughter for Christmas. She was thrilled & has yet to put it down. Its so much fun with so many game options!!

Perfect! Not to heavy and my niece loves the color. We went with pink but they have a handle full of colors. Highly recommended for the little ones.

Awesome. A console with a screen for $200 and I can play so many portable games on it. Skyrim, Zelda, The Witcher 3. It’s great. Online is good also!

I love my Switch Lite. I like that it is 1 solid unit rather than 3 parts (Console and 2 controllers). Great for little hands to hold as it is lightweight and smaller in length.

My Switch Lite goes with me almost everywhere. I'm always trying to find some time to squeeze in a play. Graphics are great, its ergonomic, and lots packed into such a portable device.

My son loves it so that's what really matters. Nice a portable, seems well built. Battery life has been good. Only gave 4 because of the limitations it has vs the regular switch (unable to dock, no rumble or motion controls without separate controllers)
