Don’t order online it’s a nightmare

My order never came, then when I called customer service it’s not American based at all and they were super nasty and rude and I ended up driving an hr to the store when I was told they do not have an American based customer service. Star store manager had issues himself when calling and was able to get what we were told was my full refund and it was not I ended up having to file with my bank a dispute to get my money back. Never again
