The Switch already has a solid library of games and is growing in that regard. Still, while the original iteration is 2 ways (handheld & TV console) it's fairly clear that it's primarily intended as a handheld. I'm sure some will swear they use it mainly as a home console and I'm sure some do, but in regards to the majority most are on the go with the Switch, research it if you want. The point is it's more of a handheld system with the ability to play on one's TV, and that makes a $300 price tag hard to justify. But here we now have a handheld only version at a $100 less and suddenly the wildly popular system has new life as more can easily justify a $200 price tag. Add in a starter kit (trust me, you'll want one and be glad you got one) and a top rated game and tax and your still coming in at under the cost of the original Switch. The only negative is if you're among the handful who want to use it on their TV as well as on the go. Still, the price is right and the system has a look & feel of an old school gaming era but with modern technology. I guess some may say that it's good being the only real current handheld system on the market as it's quite clear that the 2DS & 3DS are being phased out, but still, Nintendo the past several years has been strongest with their handheld systems, so who cares if their the only option for a handheld? Just get it and as long as your whole focus isn't on graphic quality (which is better than most give it credit for) than you'll be perfectly happy with this.

I bought this for my 6 year old grandson for Christmas and I wish I could share the video his Dad took of him opening it. You've never seen a kid so crazy excited happy for a gift - if we were to post it I'm sure it could go viral...but that's not our style. Suffice it to say, it was an absolute hit!

My grands love this game console. When i want a lil piece n quiet, get the switches out. Lol nintendo switches that is.

I bought this back in the summer when it was impossible to get, but best buy had this switch with animal crossing as a bundle. I havent owned a console since the original wii, so I decided to get it. I never play on the TV, so I chose the lite. This is such a fantastic little device! I love being able to play with my friends, and its light and nice to hold. I play so many different games on it, hours and hours of fun. If you are on the fence, buy it!!! this has been hands down, one of the best things I ever bought. I love my switch!!!

Just buy more storage to save time. Cartridges are your best friend you may be able to sell them in the future

I bought the Nintendo’s Switch lite online and when it arrived it was in really good shape. There were no scratches. The sound quality is excellent. I play lots of games on the Nintendo switch and the quality is really good.

I've had this thing for 5 years now and it's still going strong. Bought it in the beginning of COVID, as most people did. Delivered to my home perfectly. I love it.

I bought the Nintendo Switch Lite for my daughter for Christmas, and she loves it! She finds the controls to be easy to use, and the overall quality of the display is excellent. From my point of view (the mom who made an exhausting search for this device), I'm very pleased with my Best Buy experience. They had the best price, and it arrived when they said it would. I was also to get a matching case and screen protector for a very reasonable price.

This was a gift for my wife for Christmas. She enjoys being able to download her own games and finds it easy to use.

Can't complain; got a nice Switch Lite today take on travel with me and I don't have to worry about my normal Switch.

nintendo is always a plus they never drop the ball and its a true handheld ! so if mobile gaming is what your looking for i would argue this is a better option than the original switch especially for playing in bed. just the weight savings are worth every dollar

I bought this for my niece for Christmas, she loves it!

My three year old loves playing his nintendo switch. This was a great gift as a first gaming system. i was blown away with how well he has taken to it. We started with paw patrol and other toddler friendly games and now he's playing Mario.

I had fun with this mini game console, I grew up playing various video games! Although, I wish some of my favorites were available but they are different systems. I enjoyed playing Mario Cart and excited to see if they make additional games.

I bought this Nintendo for my grandson and I hope he likes it, I thought it had games in it’s memory, but you have to buy cards or connect it to internet and the goal was for it to work anywhere without internet and game cards are very expensive

Awesome my girlfriend loves it. She’s plays it all day and it durable
