Bought it was amazed loved it… then the joystick of doom started… returning hoping for a better one

Could've been a little cheaper being a bundle but whatevs

When I set it up I noticed that the right joystick makes a very mechanical sound when in use. It works fine, its just a little annoying & I know it isn't right as none of my other Switches make that sound. A little disappointing when a brand new out of the box console (special edition none the less) has something wrong with it.

I'm sure it's fine, but I returned it, because the value just wasn't there.

I mean the system is great! But for it to be limited edition its just meh. The design is not that impressive. The back is plain with a few detail on the stand, the joy cons n dock looks like they just slapped a sticker on it. It’s nothing to go out of your way for

This switch would be awesome if it came with the Zelda game (physical or download).. I returned it for something different once I realized it didn’t come with a game.

Doesn't come with the game or any upgrades, youre being charged 50 dollars extra for an oled screen that cost nintendo 10 dollars to manufacture, and then 10 more dollars for a print skin on the swtich. Sadly itll still sell for the mindless fans

Best Buy worker told us this model came with a free game before purchasing after purchasing and receiving the box the box Cleary said game not included, had the worker gave us the box prior to purchase I would have seen that, Quite a sneaky move for a quick sale, payed extra for nothing.. 1st: No switch included. 2nd: Broken microSD reader. During the exchange of the first switch, overheard the worker saying that this switch had been returned once already and asked if they should mark the item as used or keep new after this return. Thought I was getting a new switch but I guess there is potential for getting a returned switch. If I ever need electronics again I’ll probably just go to micro center as they have been dependable for years.

I bought it thinking it came with the game. Returned it because its just a regular console with tears of kingdom decals.

My box had some dent/scratch and inside of the artbook had little bit of ripped spot on one of the page. Other than that everything was good.

When I bought this,I didn’t notice the game was not included. For it was a special edition version. It kind of upset me. For something that was built around the game. But, yet again. I should’ve read the box more then listening to the employ.

The package didn’t come with the Zelda game. And the part of the box that said “Game not included” was covered by Best Buy’s internal sticker. Do better Best Buy. It wasn’t worth the extra 50 or so dollars for a different joy con housing.

Uber disappointed with this. :( I was so excited to get this Switch for the dock to stop charging in 2 months. Bestbuy said I only had 15 days to return and Nintendo determines if we broke it or not. I got the special addition thinking it was going to be good quality considering its limited.

The Joy cons make crazy springy sounds. I'd return it but I'm past the return window. I'd send it to Nintendo, but I'm not sure I would for sure get the Zelda joy con back so I'm out 13 bucks replacing them myself. Shame on you Nintendo!

Upgraded from my Let's Go Pokemon Switch. The screen is much better with crisper resolution and so far a better battery life. I wasn't particularly looking for another switch but I saw the design for this model and couldn't pass it up! Its really nice and I love the color.

Worst system ever. Paperweight. Doesn’t even turn on. Nintendo SDcards will ruin system. Do not purchase this system.
