A Switch with a twist

If your a new switch owner, then I can assure this is probably the best switch to have with Zelda drip all over it. For people who have an older switch model, definitely worth the upgrade especially if your playing it for handheld. Don’t expect a hardware upgrade if you already have an OLED model unless you really want it for the Zelda theme.

This is what the Switch should have been

Games have been given a breath of fresh air and new life in handheld mode. The joycons do have a click to them but it doesn’t deter me. It may deter some people. Unfortunately the oled model doesn’t benefit from any performance upgrades so there are still many instances of lag and frame rate drops.

Nintendo makes Zelda stuff and I buy it

Upgraded from a Lite to this and im loving it so far. A month into owning it and I can hear the left controller spring ping when I rotate the stick. Also needed a micro SD upgrade as the internal storage is never enough.

This OLED screen is vibrant & beautiful with dark darks & bright colors. So far no joy-con drift but still early days ahead. Should you be on the fence with portable/home hybrid gaming this will change you mind. Especially for any Zelda fan. Consider getting more storage using an SD card to have your library more on the go.
