Beautiful design, great battery life, very impressive screen compared to the original switch. This is an improvement in every way. Wish there were as many of the pro controllers as there are of this console so I could pick one of those too.

If you’re on the fence about the Switch OLED, it’s time to fall off that fence. This is especially true if you like to play in handheld mode as the OLED screen makes of world of difference when playing on-the-go. Brighter colors, clearer images, sharper quality, it’s definitely worth the purchase. Then, as a Zelda fan, the stylistic choices in the controller and console skins really makes the system distinct. The gold finish and textured design really make the joycons pop while the subtle texture on the back of the console reduce the fear of the system slipping out of your hands. The dock still uses the OLED white as its base, but has a beautiful gold texturing to add that Zelda charm. The OLED dock also has a built in Ethernet port, a great advantage for those of us that game online. Overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase.

This is our third Switch, got the first gen on release date, and a lite for my son when that model came out. Was always intrigued by the OLED model, but I couldn't justify spending more on a console that may be on its last legs. Im glad I held off on getting that model, because when i saw the limited edition Zelda model, I knew it was Time to pull the trigger. The console itself is beautifully decorated in Zelda motiff especially the dock. It's now the centerpiece of my console collection. The screen is a huge upgrade over the original model, and colors are more vivid, blacks are deep, image quality is greatly improved over previous models. The only con I have is the console doesn't include the game, for the price, it feels like Nintendo could've at least added a digital version of the game pre installed.

This OLED Switch, this is a very nice upgrade. The screen is a tad bigger than than the non-OLED variant but the clarity and color contrast is where youll see a massive improvement. If you plan to play your Switch in handheld mode, it is worth the upgrade. If you dock the console and play on your TV, then just stick to your old Switch. If you dont own a Switch, it is a no brainer to buy an OLED switch for 50 bucks more. Obviously it wouldve been nice to include the game and have an extra in game perk, but this console design is beautiful. The kick stand is also much improved as well as battery life. Im glad I upgraded from the older Switch Version and have ZERO regrets doing so.

First of all, this console is beautiful. I pre ordered it and picked it up in store, and I was blown away by just the box. The OLED screen looks so much more vibrant than the LCD display, and with the addition of vibrant colors and beautiful designs, this switch is a must for anyone looking to add more flare to their setup/collection. Unfortunately, the switch's internals are almost 7 years old at this point and while it hides it's age amazingly well and is a blast to use, people still should be aware this is a system honed in on game enjoyment, not specs.

What can I say besides "this switch is just beautiful". But I'll still try to explain why. The screen is bigger, brighter, and more vivid then the OG while the battery feels like it lasts much longer. The new design of the (real) kickstand is much better with it taking up the length of the switch and offering more angles. The thing that really tips the scales is the look. The amazing looking dock with the gold and white along with matching controllers just looks so good on my shelf. Combined that with the textured pattern on the back that looks great while adding some extra functionality in the form of extra grip so its less slippery and that combination is a real winner.

If you already own a Switch, this is not an easy decision to make, especially this late in the console's life cycle. If you are a collector and money is not an issue, or if you are looking into getting an OLED Switch, then I would highly recommend this. It's a beautiful design. The screen and performance will be the same as a regular Switch OLED model, and it doesn't even have the game. From a collector point of view, it's worth it. But keep in mind, the Tears of The Kingdom game will be amazing on any Switch you get or already own.

I upgraded from a regular switch purchased back in 2019 so the OLED screen does indeed pop more with vivid colors and the display is slightly longer too although I don’t play much on the go, but it’s nice to see the difference. And the Zelda design in white for the docking station with the gold details and runes just really looks gorgeous! Nintendo really knocked it out of the park on this one and I’m so glad I was able to score this model being a long time Zelda fan since I was a kid! Totally recommend getting one If you have the opportunity as a Zelda fan or even for those just considering to upgrade for OLED!

We were lucky eniugh to pick this up locally in person on release day! Beautifully designed console, amazing game. Long battery life and easy to set up and use. My husband picked me up one for myself, and we use the family plan to play with all of our friends. Great buy!

The Oled screen is so much better than the original and all the Zelda designs make this the best Switch out there. I’m not getting a Switch 2 until it’s Oled because the Oled screen is THAT good on this switch. So glad I have it

Bought for my son as a birthday present. He already had the regular Switch but had been wanting the OLED version so when this one came out I knew he would love it. There is a big difference between the regular and OLED switch. Not only it is the perfect gift for a Zelda fan, the graphics, screen size and processor are way better. The Kickstand is also much better to use when you are using the joycons as controllers as the stand goes from side to side on the back instead of a small one sided stand.

I picked up this console as an upgrade to my launch day Switch and because The Legend of Zelda is my favorite franchise. The OLED screen is gorgeous and the colors really pop, and I really like the upgraded dock design. The battery life is great so far. The pictures of the console online really don’t do it justice. The gold and white is beautiful and I love how the dock and joycon designs match up. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase and I think it’s a great addition to any Zelda fan’s collection.

An absolutely beautiful oled model. I'd been waiting on upgrading from the original switch, in hopes Nintendo would announce a switch 2 or pro model, but having seen the TOTK model, i decided it was worth the upgrade. The dock and joycons are the stars of this model. Their white and gold accents immediately catch the eye making it the center piece of the entertainment center. The oled screen, while only slightly bigger on paper, seems massive by comparison during gameplay. I couldn't be happier with it...

This switch edition is fantastic. All the features of the original OLED in an amazing new look to celebrate the new Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom game. 10/10 for aesthetic and function. Highly recommend.

This Switch is a very nice aesthetic upgrade from the original Switch, especially if you’re a Zelda fan of course. The screen is a big improvement from the original, both in size and color contrast. The designs added to the joy cons and the back of the Switch itself look really nice, they don’t look like cheap decals or anything. Even though the Switch is an old device at this point, if you’re looking to get a Switch and are a Zelda fan, this is the one to go for.
