The OLED screen looks great and makes colors reallh pop. The bigger screen size really helps how well you can see the games and the improved battery life is a welcome improvement as well.

I've been waiting for a great design to upgrade from the lcd model. Got this one and it was well worth it. Screen is actually great, much larger than the old one. Plus more storage so I no longer need an SD.

The OLED screen is a huge upgrade from the original switch screen. The Zelda design is beautiful and eye catching. My handheld switch experience has never been better.

Beautiful screen and great design. A must have for your Zelda collection. Just get a bigger SD card if you plan to go all digital on games.

The design of this Switch HAS to be the best they've ever released! The white and Gold dock, to the nice matte gold Joycons! Even the back with a subtle circular Zonai style design and its softened feel for a but more of a gripier feel is top notch! Combined with the OLED screen is a must have for any Zelda Fanatic. The look it gives on a properly set up gaming station or even just astheticly(sp) gives it that extra kick. As a con because i dont want to seem like its all good. I have noticed a break in connection with the joycons being separated if the system is blocked (I have it mounted behind my TV due to a handsy toddler) but a Pro Controller beats that issue.

I mean, it’s a nice switch, colors and design are well printed. It does all the normal things a switch does, except with a nicer, slightly larger screen. The screen is quite nice though, so if you don’t have a switch, or if you have a 1st gen it’s a worthy upgrade… but it’s still only just a Nintendo Switch

I’ve never owned a special themed console, and being a Zelda fan, this is a MUST! It’s also an upgrade from a regular Switch to an OLED, so it’s super cool! Bigger screen and lasts longer too!

I have had the first run Nintendo Switch since launch. I hadn’t upgraded until I saw the Tears of the Kingdom edition for the Switch OLED. Overall, such a massive upgrade. Runs so much more smoothly and works with my TV. My original Switch would constantly cut out when docked. The battery life is great and handheld mode feels like night and day. If you have been looking to upgrade you Switch I highly recommend getting and OLED model. Transferring between the consoles was a little tricky at first. You do have to redownload all games even if you’re moving your SD card over to the new model. Definitely recommend following a guide.

I already had a Switch since launch day. I had been holding out until a "Switch Pro" or some other sequel system was released. But Nintendo got me when they announced a Zelda themed Switch OLED. I was quite surprised when I booted it up for the first time how much better the OLED screen makes my existing game catalog pop. As expected, everything just looks better, logically due to the better and larger screen. Is this a necessary upgrade if you have a "classic" Switch? I wouldn't say so. However, being the Zelda fanboy that I am, I couldn't say no. I was planning on giving my kids a Switch Lite, but it looks like they just got upgraded so dad can have his OLED.

Bought this for my grandson who is a huge Zelda fan. Loves the design and is impressed with the improvement in the picture due to the LED and the size of the screen. So glad he is so happy.

If you already own a Switch, this is not an easy decision to make, especially this late in the console's life cycle. If you are a collector and money is not an issue, or if you are looking into getting an OLED Switch, then I would highly recommend this. It's a beautiful design. The screen and performance will be the same as a regular Switch OLED model, and it doesn't even have the game. From a collector point of view, it's worth it. But keep in mind, the Tears of The Kingdom game will be amazing on any Switch you get or already own.

The OLED is a big upgrade from the original switch. The screen is vibrant and makes playing in handheld as enjoyable as possible. The TOTK design is beautiful and perfect for Zelda fans.

Absolutely gorgeous console. Tears of the Kingdom is going to be a masterpiece. 10/10 switch, 10/10 game company. If you are a Nintendo/Zelda fan, you One Million percent need this hardware.

Although not a more powerful Switch, it does provide some extra screen space and more vibrant colors on the screen and it looks so much better than the original Switch (in handheld mode specifically). The design of this special edition is also just a chef's kiss, they really did a good job on this and the gold colors for the OLED feel very fitting. That being said, at the end of the day this is only an visually upgraded switch and would recommend those who want to upgrade to this model (if you like a specific design) or wait longer for the next new switch model that may be on the horizon as there are rumors.

Love the design of this console, either in hand or docked. The larger OLED screen looks great and the extended battery (over the original Switch) is just the icing on the cake.

I upgraded from a regular switch purchased back in 2019 so the OLED screen does indeed pop more with vivid colors and the display is slightly longer too although I don’t play much on the go, but it’s nice to see the difference. And the Zelda design in white for the docking station with the gold details and runes just really looks gorgeous! Nintendo really knocked it out of the park on this one and I’m so glad I was able to score this model being a long time Zelda fan since I was a kid! Totally recommend getting one If you have the opportunity as a Zelda fan or even for those just considering to upgrade for OLED!
