Had this for about 3 weeks now, and it is working as it should, zero issues. Obviously, if you are getting a refurbished item, you may have a different experience than I have had, so take this with a grain of salt.

I bought the refurbish switch and it was in excellent condition I’ve had it over a year now and still works great no problem. Saved a lot of money.

I bought this Switch to replace my day 1 v1 Switch. The new OLED screen is larger, brighter & more beautiful. The improved kickstand is 100x better than the flimsy old one. Definitely worth the extra $50 over the V2 Switch. Highly recommended.

it's refurbished but literally it looks brand-new and no issues at all.

The console was basically new. Still had some factory sealed stuff but everything looked great. No scratches or cracks on the screen. Everything thing was clean and some minor dust but nothing serious. Worth saving the extra money for another use. 10/10

Received my item on time and it was packaged and delivered very very well, the item didn’t look or worked like it was a refurbished item, it looked like a brand new item. Everything worked perfectly, I love it and will order again soon.

If you looking for a revolution in play, the new OLED Switch won’t be that but if you want a brighter and more visually descriptive screen a and better kickstand then you will enjoy the changes. I feel like the battery life is better than my older base model butnive had my orioginal switch since launch ao it might also be battery degradation

Perfect. Couldnt tell difference from a new switch. But the box was pretty beat up.

Bought this as a anniversary gift for my husband. He loved it! Very nice screen size and loved how it can connect to our TV.

Amazing product my kids love how clear the screen is and that they can take it on the go or just play it on their tv

The product I received is not refurbished. At best, it’s a used return. The system I received worked great just with an almost imperceptible scratch on the screen, but the white joycons and docking station were UNBELIEVABLY dirty. They were totally discolored with dirt accumulation, oils, and—I’m not even joking—cheeto dust. It took an hour with disinfectant and a magic eraser to get it looking new again. The system itself was not reset to factory setting and had an extensive amount of save game data on it, as well as Wi-Fi connections, and saved Nintendo account information. This was a heavily used console before it was resold and was not refurbished. 2 stars because the savings were good and the peripherals in the box were all new.

Ordered a refurbished console and it is practically new. The only thing missing was the original box, which would've been trashed anyway. I am very pleased with this order and will absolutely look to Best Buy first in the future.

I received the OLED Switch in excellent condition, it works perfectly. Unlike my other standard Switch, the fan is very quiet when I play handheld. This is a nice upgrade. Box was in rough shape, but everything else was pristine.

The Nintendo switch Oled isn’t the switch pro. However, it makes up for it with the screen and kick stand. I got this as a gift for someone and they almost cried with joy. Thank you Best Buy for helping make someone’s day.

Got a refurbished Switch because I couldn't bring myself to pay full price for a 6-year old system. The system itself was pristine, however there were a few nicks on the box and the manual was missing. It works great for refurbished!

We love the switch. My daughter and i fought over our one console so much that we had to buy another one. The ease of it is so simple. The directions are step by step no hassle or confusion.

I purchased this vídeo game for my son is very fun game and the best part is that we can take anywhere it was supposed for him but I played more than he is i truly recommend it
