DVD player that does just what it says!

My mom, who is 89 and does not like anything with media involved can use this without difficulty. Not what you want if you are going for hiDef but for general use at a rock bottom prices (less than $20 ... COME ON!) it is just fine. Does not record ... just plays!

But watch when u go into the Boardman Ohio location. I was just in there to purchase $400 headphones. Waited 15 minutes and no one came to help. So I went to the front of the store and asked for assistance. One of the two people stated I will page someone. Waited another 20 minutes. No one came. So went back up to the front. The lady’s response was “I paged them but they must be busy. U will have to just wait”. So I left and went to Target. The employee was very nice there, explained everything, and I was on my way. Customer service is the key to success

Good DVD for the price
