i am keeping the item but its made very cheaply and the remote is horrible to use. You are better off spending a little more for a better machine.

The directions on how to connect the DVD player to the HD TV were vague. I had assumed it was digital. With my old DVD player, it would continue where I left off. With this DVD player, I have to start over each time.

I live this thing. For around $30 you cannot beat it. The only drawback is that you have to setup the up scaling every time you power it off and back on. Not a huge deal.

Over all dvd player works ok for the price. I have noticed that some movies pixilated a little while playing. And it was not due to playing older damaged disks, as I have only played brand new, never opened DVD's so far.

Purchased this DVD player as a gift to put in my 3 year old nephews room for him to watch his movies on. Easy to use, easy to set up and works well

It works well enough but sometimes the signal cuts out. I'm not sure if it is because the TV I bought doesn't have a setting for a DVD player (it only lists Blue-ray) or because the DVD player is not good.

Not the happiest with this purchase. I have to keep turning the subtitles off with every dvd I watch. Getting annoying. The Remote keys are too small.

I was pleased with how easy it was to order and receive the DVD player. My only regret is it seems the cables are not long enough to reach the input ports on our television.

Cheap but works great. It was the deal of the day and for 20 bucks you can’t go wrong. It’s great if you lose cable. On the small side but that’s fine with me

It's fine for what it is. The Sylvania brand is not recognized by Samsung and so I could not connect it to my 7 series TV to control it with the TV remote. It also did not come with the HDMI cable.

Great price. my kids needed a DVD player for their bedroom and I didn't want to spend a lot on it. This should work just fine.

Returned the first one which was completely defective. remote keys all said invalid key, except power and open. Second one 1 day after return time, started pausing on its own, then stopped playing, opening and closing on its own. Needed an inexpensive unit to play safety video on a repeat function. The last unit we bought (panasonic) lasted 24/7 for over 6 years. Wasted our money and 2 trips to the store. Tried 2 brand new . DVDs with same result.

I am satisfied with this purchase/product but also, I appreciated the speedy shipping as a lot of companies are shipping items extremely slowly right now.

Very lightweight and it does skip easily for videos. The setup Menu was a bit confusing and it does not fill my screen with any video. Best use is a Music player only. As a CD player it suffices.

This DVD player is a perfect gift for any of your friends or family who has a big dvd library. It runs quiet and plays movies with good clarity.

I purchased this as a gift for my daughter. Due to the low price, I was not sure how it would perform. This is a great little DVD player. Works just as well as my much more expensive player.

Great DVD Player. Haven't used the JPG viewer yet, but as with all the other Sylvania products I buy from Best Buy, I am sure the JPEG viewer will work as described,

I am not so happy with the delayed response from the Deck. Also it makes some noises or vacuum sound from the driver

Replaced an ipad air purchased in 2012. Great for connecting with phone, laptop, and apple watch. Good for reading books, magazines, etc. and great interface for games.
