Didn't need streaming capability. So far works well.

It was a gift and my niece said DVD are not really popular anymore.

This DVR buffers at times and the sound lags at times.

I purchased this product to use its CD functions and the RCA outputs. After connecting all the wires and positioning with other components came the time to give it a try. Unfortunately it did not power up either manually or with the remote. So it sits in the car awaiting return once things reopen again it is safe, AC (After Corona). Seems that the old adage .."you get what you pay for..." applies with this product.

A simple DVD player perfect for the kids playroom.

Not happy with this DVD player. NO timer, very cheaply made and very light. Hard for me to work. Was to late to take back after I use it for the first time. 15 day window. Very unhappy with it but you get what you pay for. I will use it.

The playback on DVDs goes checkery periodically. Sound- picture sync gets messed up after pausing. Expected basic features but quality is not good.

Broken out of the box. I purchased this DVD player at the time of another purchase so I did not have to go back to the store. Not needing it right away, I opened it 17 days after purchase and the dvd drawer opened and closed continuously. Brought back to BB and was told I would need to make a warranty claim. Two months later and I just got the warranty replacement approval and I can expect my replacement in 4-6 weeks. Not a product I would recommend based on the manufacturers warranty process. Extremely unhappy with BB’s return policy of 14 days and I do not recall it being so limited.

This DVD did not work right out of the box. The only thing it did was open and close continuously. If you purchase try it immediately. I purchased another DVD player but a different brand.

I purchased this product on the 13th of May 2020. I thought I would be happy with my purchase but when I receive it ,the box was all torn up and it had a display sticker on the back. Not a good look best but

was not impressed with this DVD player. Picture quality was not that great and over all unit feels cheaply made. Would not really recommend for a player on a main TV. Would probably work on a kids TV.

I purchased this for my kids. We have had this for a couple of weeks and it just stopped working. Said no disc as we tried several different discs. I will be returning and getting a new one from a different company.

This DVD player became incapable of reading DVD's within the first 3 months of use. Somehow I am now unable to return this to Best Buy. It is irresponsible to sell products that are so poorly made they break down after normal use within 90 days, and then design a return policy to diffuse responsibility as a store and company from the poor quality they are selling. Not only am I unhappy about the purchase I'm so unhappy with Best Buy that I have lost trust in the store and will not buy from here again.

Picked it up to play some kids dvds for niece and nephew... was noisy and unresponsive. Thought because it was an expensive would be worth it but turned out it was not.
