Returned it . Functions did not work . Exchanged for a Sony Blu-ray

I bought two for my kids. One works well and one skips.

Would not work with Samsung Monitor that I had purchased.

Ist one i bought wouldn't read the DVD and stated "no disc". Returned it to store and got another one. The second one would play the disc but kept gliching off every few seconds. Returned it for a refund and went to Walmart where I bought their Ion model which works fine.

Tried on several different tvs and doesn't work on any. I inserted brand new movies and it consistently says no disc. Taking back to best buy for refund.

This DVD player was fine when we started using it, but 2 months later, it won’t play discs through. Every disc freezes or skips, starting within minutes. Have tried with many different discs, most in very good condition. But Best Buy only allows returns for two weeks, so we’re stuck. I’m disappointed.

Doesn’t play dvds very well or smoothly. Constant skips on brand new dvds.

Plugged in all the right ports, can't stop the buzzing when plugged in

According to your website, this was for use in a truck. When it has an electrical cord, I don't think so. I requested that you mail us a return label. After supposedly getting permission, a man said that one would be mailed to us. It never happened.

I tired everything but kept getting "Invalid Key" message. The player would work for 15 seconds and just kept repeating the same 15 seconds. Either I got a lemon or it's just a piece of junk. I returned it. At least that went smoothly.

The first Sylvania DVD player I bought didn't work so I took it back the second one I got worked but skipped and jittered with every DVD I played in it. I returned that one also. the employees at Best buy we're very helpful in letting me return them but I will not buy another one again.

When I bought it and plugged it in, it worked for about five minutes and then stopped and I was no longer able to watch anything on it. Product appears very cheap and poorly made and and my case didn’t even work after a few minutes.

My son was given this as a Christmas gift and now a wrri later and it doesnt work. It wont read any of the disks we have tried. Disks we know work as they play fine in other players. Highly disappointing

I tried one disc in it and there was no sound. I put in a different disc and I just kept getting a "no disc" error. This thing does not work at all.

This DVD player is terrible! When I got it and hooked it up the door to put the dvd in wouldn’t open. I tried everything to get it to open and it wouldn’t budge. I immediately sent it back and got an LG that works perfectly!

Doesn’t read disks, brand new. Let it sit for a day to acclimate, still won’t read any disk. Put same DVDs in sons DVD player and they all work. Sending back. Tiny remote. I mean tiny. Slippery feet, won’t sit still on shelf.

Skips no matter what I do it skips every movie....

Awful dvd player. I got it on sale and the thing didn't play a single dvd. Super disappointed. I was hoping with all the other reviews it'd be a great deal but was wrong. Still on the hunt for a good working dvd player.

The DVD player wasn't any good i bought it to take an vacation since I wasn't be able to to anything because of COVID-19 buti wouldn't read any disc i trashed it at the hotel i was staying you get what you pay for i guess

After a week and a half. The DVD player stopped working. It displays a No Disc message. No matter how many times I changed the dvd. The message still appears.
