    Loved it. Overall it is great. My only complaint is that you still need the DVD Player remote. You cannot open the door or close the player with this remote

    This is garbage. The buttons only respond if they are pressed in a very specific way. Not intuitive at all. Have already arranged to get a factory remote for the open box tv that I bought that was missing its remote.

    Bought for brother in law. He connected 5 devices. He by no means a tech genius and he set it up without calling me - I love it.

    I thought it was a little tricky for a universal remote. I don't think the buttons are very clear to understand. Took a bit to program it and even then, I'm not sure it worked correctly since they listed about 15 different codes for my Toshiba TV.

    We asked at the store for a remote that would work with our TV and bought the one recommended. It did not work even after we paid $149 for a visit from the Geek Squad. We wasted the $149, returned the remote, and bought a new television.
